Tailored to you, your goals and the equipment available to you. Includes a warmup, strength work, conditioning and a WOD. These workouts can range from 30 minutes - 1.5 hours depending on your time constraints. Uploaded weekly into a Google Doc. All tiers come with access to Matt on WhatsApp for check-ins/tips/recovery assistance.

Group strength & functional training. Either takes place at home or at the Fish Hoek/Masi fields, depending on weather, numbers and the workout.
